Funghi Trifolati all'Aglio
Serves- 2

Cook - 10 mins
100g button mushrooms sliced
100g oyster mushrooms sliced
100g field or flat mushrooms sliced
3 garlic cloves chopped
4 tbsp white wine
Salt and pepper
2 slices of toasted ciabatta
5g butter (optional)
Heat the oil in a pan till very hot, add all of the mushrooms, sauté for 2-3 minutes add the garlic and cook for a further minute. Add the butter at this stage and serve immediately on the toasted ciabatta with salad garnish.
