After finding its 20 superstar sales staff from five different locations and rewarding them with a once in a lifetime trip to Rome, the Halifax realized they had one small problem! The winners had never met each other before. A little pre-trip get together was essential to break the ice before Rome and a Casa Mia Masterclass seemed to provide the perfect Italian solution!
The Halifax team enjoyed a hands-on lesson in pasta making with the help of Francesco and boy did they have some fun! After a morning of hard work cooking, everyone sat down to a fabulous five course meal and by the end of that, the conversation was certainly flowing!
The Halifax were so delighted with the Masterclass event that other departments within the organisation have already booked similar events!
